Your order will be shipped after payment is received, with dispatch occurring within 5 business days.
Return Request
The customer has 14 days from the receipt of the product to request a return. You must send an email to our customer service at support@atika-jewelry.com to inform us of your return and to receive the necessary instructions, or you can fill out the contact form available on the website. Without this email or form submission, your return request cannot be accepted.
It is recommended to use the following format when notifying us of your withdrawal:

The return address will be provided after processing your request.
Return Deadlines and Conditions
The customer must return the products within 14 days from the notification of their withdrawal, to the address provided in the return email.
If an item is damaged during transport, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to process your request.
“Atika Jewelry” reserves the right to refuse returns made after the legal withdrawal period. It is also recommended to return the products in the same condition as when they were sent, with a declared value matching the order, and to keep the proof of shipment. (No refund will be processed without receiving the returned item.)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly, “Atika Jewelry” will refund the full amount paid, including standard shipping fees, within 14 days of the notification, subject to receiving the returned products or proof of shipment.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used during the order, unless otherwise agreed by the customer, and at no additional cost to the customer.
Defective Returns
Defective items cannot be refunded or exchanged. You will be informed and an invoice will be sent to you for the shipping cost to return the defective jewelry.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items
Unfortunately, some products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Limited edition boxes, such as those created for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and the Advent Calendar, as well as gift boxes.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and mono earrings are not eligible for return.
- Sale or clearance items (excluding promotional codes).
- Free products are neither returned nor exchanged. When one of your jewelry items was part of a promotional bundle (e.g., "Buy 3 items, get 1 free"), the entire bundle must be returned for a full refund.
